Today began with Judo / fight against the nature of the practice mat at home. I was wondering if anyone knows the best way to keep it clean () without bacteria, without a fortune. I have almost 2 decades of martial arts, but in the stalls, to use a mattress is fairly new to me.

Only some disinfectant wipes should do it. Or a spray and some paper towels. No clean clothes, of course.
to clean a coil without damaging the best and fastest way to scroll down. or just with a little bleach and a mop.
One of those things that you clip to the "sweeper". They work for me.
