I `m probably will have a tonsillectomy.

I had a ruptured abscess before and aftwerwards disgusting, because there was this massive amount of blood in my throat I could taste and swallow pieces.

It hurts for about 10 days after the operation.
The pain is ...... very intense.
Eating or drinking harms the worst ..... I would recommend things such as gelatin, protein drinks, which will pull down and nothing easier than cold or too hot.
To prevent anxiety or what, but the first 6-7 days of pain (probably) worse. Good news but by the eighth day, things started to improve rapidly.
