Is the ending of Megan Meade's Guide to the McGowan Boys good? - megan meade frederick md

I have not read the book, but I do not care if the end is in ruins. I was disappointed to read some good books with really crappy endings. Did she quit the right man? Is this a good satisfactory conclusion?
